Explaining the details Mr Amit Goyal, Director Dean of Institute of Banking said that, “The Neo Generation Bankers was an important theme because of the shift in societal values. We’ve recently transitioned into a knowledge economy. The new generation of knowledge workers has grown with Realty TV, FaceBook & Blackberry. For BFSI companies to become a global leader, we must learn to work with this new generation.”
