Institute of Banking & Finance runs a career management cell to assist the students in getting placement and career progression. A placement committee is formed every year with student representatives. Under the guidance of career management cell the placement committee performs activities like

- Sending campus invitations to banks and corporate
- Making Corporate Presentations
The career management cell also provides pre placement training to students on important areas like group discussion and interview handling. By the end of the session, this cell ensures that every eligible student gets a suitable placement.
